Neighbourhood bakery & café

Slow bread, baked on the corner.

Sourdough with a 48-hour rise, cardamom buns still warm at seven, and coffee worth staying for. Simple things, done properly.

Our way

Bread takes time. We let it.

We started with one oven and a simple idea: a bakery should smell like a bakery. Today we bake through the night, so the neighbourhood can start the day with something honest.

01

Flour from nearby mills

Stone-ground grain from farms a short drive away. You can taste the difference.

02

Time over shortcuts

No improvers, no rush. Our doughs rest overnight and are shaped by hand every morning.

03

Nothing goes to waste

Yesterday's bread becomes croutons, rusks and half-price loaves. The rest goes to compost.
